are not unique to you or me. Our goal in this web site is to help you find the permanent solution to
your fitness goals, and accompany you all along the way- so you're not alone, and I'm not alone, either. Let's lose weight, get healthy, eat right, and stay fit together.
I'm Ken Fees, and I'm not a doctor, but I've been fighting this weight loss battle since the age of 12. How about you? I've been very fortunate to help thousands of others who were trying to lose weight become successful
at it over the last 11 years. Along the way, I've learned some valuable lessons regarding whole foods, cooking, dieting, nutrition, supplements, fat, and a plethora of other topics in the links to your left.
Ahead of anything else, please know this- No matter where you are in your weight loss battle now, THERE IS HOPE! There are things we can do, together, for you to get where you want to be. That leads me to my first page, MOTIVATION.
Before we start on this journey, you must get your head in the right place. Why are you trying to lose weight? Guess what- it's not all about your body!! Everything that happens to you physically begins in your mind.
Remember that no matter how many times this has happened before, if we can learn new behavior that is stimulating and effective, we can lose weight and keep it off, permanently. What's more, the annonymity of doing it with online
help instead of going it all alone, will give you further motivation and reassurance. That said, always feel free to e-mail me with questions, problems, ideas, and especially your little successes. I monitor the site personally

MY FAT STORY
I was in junior high school in Des Moines, Iowa, where I was raised. Wearing a hideous green terry-cloth pullover- yes, it looked like a bath towel with sleeves and a pocket- I was walking past a very cute girl to get to my seat at the back of the class, 'cuz everyone else
moved faster than I could at 180 pounds in seventh grade. The girl said, "Hey, Fees, why don't you wear a bra? Your t__s are bouncing more than a girls'." That was nearly 40 years ago, and I remember it clearly. To this day, I watch my chest in the mirror, when I'm walking,
swimming, showering, and many other times, to make sure I'm not bouncing like a girl. What brought you to think about your weight? What can we do to motivate you to stick with it this time? That's what our Weight Loss Motivation page is all about.
There is a simple truth in the weight loss help world, and it is that if you eat less food, you will lose weight. While basically true, there is much more to it than that. The kinds of foods you eat, how they're grown, prepared, and even how they're eaten play a
huge role in how they affect your weight loss efforts. This is the real meaning of "diet". My belief, born of years of research and practice, is that whole foods, grown properly, cooked carefully, eaten regularly, are the keys to good health. They are also great anti-oxidants, help
prevent premature aging, and are the most valuable assetts in your weight loss program. We'll spend alot of time and energy discussing what and how you eat. We'll also talk about vitamins, supplements, natural diet pills and herbs, exercise, weight training, and yes, even walking
to lose weight and get healthy, naturally.
